Plan a minibus journey beyond the route number
The right journey needs a region, direction, boarding stop and service variant. A route number by itself can be ambiguous, and a timetable is different from a live arrival estimate.
1. Match the region and direction
Open the full route page and compare both termini. Similar numbers can refer to different services in different regions. Read the stop list in the direction you will travel; the return stop may be on another street and special departures may not serve every ordinary stop.
2. Read day type and variant together
Check whether the published departures apply to weekdays, weekends or holidays, and whether the selected variant runs only at certain times. A first or last departure refers to its stated starting point; it is not a guaranteed boarding time at your intermediate stop.
3. Build a fallback into a connection
Allow walking and waiting time before connecting to another service. Where live arrivals are offered, refresh them close to travel and treat them as estimates. Save outbound and return pages separately with a note about your boarding stop; avoid putting your home address or daily routine in the note.
Work through a decision
Example: for a weekend rail connection, first select the correct region and direction, then check the weekend variant and the walk from the stop to the station. Save the return route too.
